WLR3 - don't get left behind
WLR3 is a next generation product offering huge benefits over WLR2. It's going to make your life easier and delight your customers. Some of our Communications Provider customers have already made the move to WLR3, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
The market is changing and you need to keep up with it. WLR3 offers a level of functionality that will transform the way you work, making it easier to give customers the service they expect. New ‘Dialogue Services’ give you the opportunity to reduce transaction times and make changes to your business processes that will help reduce costs.
WLR3 gives you:
- The ability to build and verify orders in real time
- Proactive order and fault reporting
- No limit on order volumes
- No forecasting requirements
- Round the clock order processing.
This means you can validate orders in real time, while you are talking with customers on the phone. On the same call you can also confirm their installation dates, phone numbers and calling features.
You can modify and cancel orders, directly book, cancel and rebook appointments with Openreach engineers, reserve numbers and test lines. And you'll be kept informed about the progress of your orders and any associated delays.
The other good news is that we don't impose a limit on order volumes with WLR3.
WLR3 provides the flexibility that allows you to build your business in your own time and your own way. For example, you can use it to deliver a voice service to start with and later add your own choice of broadband, mobile phone and TV supplier, based on your customers' needs.
WLR2 will not exist after June 30th 2011, so you need to prepare now to avoid the very real risk of leaving your customers without service after that date.
