And we make a service level guarantee (SLG) payment if we are at fault and the problem has not been resolved in this time. Basic lines don't receive an SLG payment until 96 hours - that's twice as long.
We are so confident that, if we don't repair fault within 48 hours, we will pay one month's line rental for every day or part day the affected line is not fixed. Put simply, if we don't get your customers up and running quickly we'll pay for it.
